Acorn Finance Finance, payments & back office · Free Acorn's contractor page says contractors pay no setup cost, monthly fee or dealer fees, and that its lending partners pay Acorn when loans are originated. Customer costs depend on the lender, and the page notes a lender's origination fee would raise the APR. BRKZ Procurement & materials · Free BRKZ says buyers can join for free. Material prices are quoted per request for quotation rather than listed as subscription plans, and the site promotes buy-now-pay-later options including paying in two (50% upfront, 50% after 30 days), three installments within 60 days, or four installments, subject to a credit application. busybusy Field operations & workforce · Free plan + paid tiers busybusy lists a Free plan at $0. Pro is $9.99 per user per month billed annually or $11.99 billed monthly, and Premium is $14.99 per user per month billed annually or $17.99 billed monthly; both paid plans add a $40 admin license with the first user included. Pro and Premium come with a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Digs Pro comes with a 14-day free trial, after which users can stay on a limited free version, and a Digs Foundation plan for homeowners is free. Clients and collaborators don't need paid seats. Houzz Pro Residential, remodeling & trades · Published pricing Houzz's pricing page lists three paid plans: Design at $99/mo for one user, Pro at $199/mo for one user, and Teams from $399/mo with unlimited users; an advertising package starts at $499/mo. The page also mentions a free basic plan with a 3D floor planner, estimates and invoicing, and its FAQ describes a 30-day free trial that can be canceled before the annual subscription begins. Material Bank Procurement & materials · Free Material Bank says the platform is free for approved design professionals, and sample ordering and returns are free. Its FAQ directs brands interested in joining to its sales team and doesn't publish brand-partner fees. Mitti (formerly SafetyCulture) Safety & risk · Free plan + paid tiers Mitti publishes its prices. The Free plan is $0 for teams of up to 10, with up to 300 AI credits per seat per month. Go is $29 USD per user per month, billed annually, with unlimited projects, 15 GB of storage and daily reports. Enterprise is priced on a custom basis.

Autodesk Forma Site Design Design, BIM & generative design · Starting price listed Autodesk's product page lists Forma Site Design as starting at $59 per month (as shown to a US visitor) and offers a free trial. Autodesk sells it as a standalone subscription on monthly, annual or three-year terms, and also makes it available through Forma for Buildings, with a Revit subscription, or with Autodesk Flex tokens. It is included at no extra cost in the AEC Collection. Bidflow (LuxTakeoff) Estimating & takeoff · Quote on request Bidflow doesn't list prices on its website; it offers tailored demos booked through the site. The homepage mentions a 7-day free trial. Bluebeam Estimating & takeoff · Published pricing Bluebeam lists four plans per user, billed annually: Basics at $260, Core at $330, Complete at $440 and Max at $590, which is labeled an introductory price. The Max page says buyers at that price keep it through their 2027 renewal. The site offers a free trial but does not state its length on the pricing page. Buildern Project management platforms · Starting price listed Buildern's pricing page lists Starter at $225 per month (2 seats) and Professional at $360 per month (4 seats), with additional users at $81 and $90 per month billed annually; Enterprise is custom. The page doesn't clearly say whether headline prices assume monthly or annual billing, and notes that yearly billing saves 10%. Field workers, subcontractors, vendors and clients are listed as free.
