Raken
rakenapp.com
Field management app for daily progress reports, time tracking, production tracking, safety and quality, and document management, on web and mobile.
Overview
Raken is construction field management software made up of a web portal and a mobile app. Crews use it to record what happens on site each day and share that information with the office as it is captured, and the system can turn daily reports into shareable PDFs.
The product is organized into five areas: progress reporting (daily reports, collaborator reports, segmented daily reports, photo documentation, tasks and messaging), time tracking (time clock, kiosk mode, policies and verification), production tracking (resource scheduling, material tracking, equipment management and production insights), project management (RFIs, submittals and document management), and safety and quality (checklists, observations, incidents, toolbox talks and dashboards).
Raken lists integration categories for accounting and payroll, project management tools, cloud storage and reality capture, so field data can flow into the systems a contractor already uses.

The AI angle
Raken describes several AI features spread across its modules. In photo documentation, the company says AI photo tagging adds keyword tags to jobsite photos, covering things such as safety and equipment, so images are easier to find in the project gallery.
For time tracking, Raken offers what it calls AI Photo ID: workers confirm their identity with a selfie when they clock in or out. The company presents this as a way to stop one worker from clocking in on behalf of another.
On the reporting side, Raken says its AI Daily Report Summaries automatically produce a summary of a daily report that highlights key project information and flags issues, reducing the time managers spend reading through reports by hand.
This page summarises what Raken says about its own product on its website, checked in October 2026. It is not a review, and listings are editorial: no company pays to appear. Spotted something out of date? Email newsroom@constructionindustry.ai.
