Bridgit

gobridgit.com

Workforce planning software for construction covering project staffing plans, internal resumes, forecasting and team communication.

Overview

Bridgit makes workforce planning software for contractors. Its project planning view brings projects, roles and staffing assignments together in one place, and internal resumes record each employee's job history, skills, certifications, location and availability.

Forecasting compares workforce needs against the project pipeline to show upcoming staffing gaps and hiring needs. Communication tools send assignment alerts by SMS or email, post project-wide announcements and keep notes on each person's profile. The company also offers a mobile app called Bench.

Bridgit lists prebuilt connectors for CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Unanet CRM and HubSpot; HR and ERP systems such as Workday, BambooHR, UKG and ADP; and project systems including Autodesk Build, Procore, CMiC and Trimble. It also offers an open API.

The AI angle

Bridgit groups its AI tools under the name Bridgit AI. Ask Bridgit is a plain-language question tool available throughout the product: according to the company, users can check open roles, find people with particular experience, review project history or see who is near a jobsite, then ask follow-up questions.

Custom Reports lets users describe a report in plain language and have Bridgit build it as a table or chart that can be saved and reused. The company's agents carry out tasks such as suggesting people for open roles, building teams for new projects, summarizing recent staffing changes and assembling org charts for bids. Bridgit says users review and approve each proposed action before it is carried out.

Bridgit also offers an MCP connection, which the company says lets outside AI tools query live Bridgit workforce data.

This page summarises what Bridgit says about its own product on its website, checked in October 2026. It is not a review, and listings are editorial: no company pays to appear. Spotted something out of date? Email newsroom@constructionindustry.ai.
