Buildern's pricing page lists Starter at $225 per month (2 seats) and Professional at $360 per month (4 seats), with additional users at $81 and $90 per month billed annually; Enterprise is custom. The page doesn't clearly say whether headline prices assume monthly or annual billing, and notes that yearly billing saves 10%. Field workers, subcontractors, vendors and clients are listed as free. Plans are listed with a 7-day free trial, and an AI add-on is $50 per seat per month (the page lists 500 AI credits without making clear whether that is per seat).

The AI angle
Buildern says its AI Billing extracts key data such as vendor, total, due date and line items from uploaded or emailed invoices and creates draft bills. It also describes matching bills to purchase orders to help prevent duplicates and processing multiple bills at once.
A banner on the site says an AI add-on offers instant estimates, takeoffs and billing help on any plan; the pricing page lists the add-on at $50 per seat per month with 500 AI credits (the page does not make clear whether per seat).
