Construction management platform covering preconstruction through closeout, linking office and field teams across project execution, cost and resource management, with accounting and ERP integrations.

Overview

Procore is a cloud construction management platform that covers a project from preconstruction through closeout. The company presents it as a single system shared by office and field teams, so drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, daily logs, photos and change orders live in one place rather than across separate tools.

The product is organized into several areas: project execution for coordinating office and field work, cost management for tracking project financials, resource management for scheduling and tracking crews, labor hours and equipment, and project lifecycle management that ties budgets, contracts and field progress together. Field staff can start daily logs, photos and change orders from a mobile device.

Procore says it connects to accounting and ERP systems through native connectors, and it runs an app marketplace and a developer API for linking other tools. Its AI layer, Procore AI, runs inside the same platform rather than as a separate product login.

Pricing

Quote on request

Procore doesn't list prices on its website. Its pricing page says customers pay an upfront annual fee for each product, based on their annual construction volume, and that unlimited users, data storage and support are included; prospective customers request a custom estimate.

The AI angle

Procore describes Procore AI as an intelligence layer built into its platform. According to the company, it draws on Procore project data and indexed third-party data, and it can read specifications, drawings, PDFs, RFIs, submittals, contracts, field photos, emails, video and voice recordings. Procore says the layer relies on a proprietary reasoning model it calls Magpie, along with models that process drawings, documents, audio and video.

The company lists five pre-built agents: Deep Search, Submittal Review, RFI, Daily Log and Contract Review. Procore says these agents answer questions with numbered citations back to source files, flag issues such as compliance gaps, contract conflicts and scope gaps, pre-fill RFI drafts and build daily logs from field inputs. It also says agents can create or update records such as RFIs, change events and daily logs, and can be triggered by project events or run on a schedule.

Procore states that agents draft and gather information while people make the final decision, and that agents don't act without user sign-off. The company says the AI follows existing Procore role-based permissions, so users only see data they are already allowed to access, and that customer data isn't used to train third-party models.
