Capital program management software (Masterworks and Primus) for planning, funding and delivering infrastructure and facility programs, including grants, bidding, right of way and project management.
Overview
Aurigo makes capital program management software for planning, delivering and maintaining infrastructure and facility programs. It sells two product lines. Masterworks is aimed at government capital owners, and Primus at facility owners in sectors such as data centers, life sciences, manufacturing and energy.
Masterworks is split into Plan (capital planning, federal aid reimbursement, community engagement and grants management), Build (estimation and bidding, construction project management, right of way and materials management) and Maintain (real property and asset condition management). Primus covers investment prioritization and capital program delivery. Aurigo says agencies can configure forms, workflows, business rules and dashboards without coding.
Shared platform capabilities include analytics and reporting, a configurable workflow engine, document management, and mobile apps that the company says keep field teams working offline. Aurigo says the platform integrates with existing systems rather than replacing them.

The AI angle
Aurigo calls its AI platform Lumina and says it powers Masterworks AI and Primus AI. According to the company, Lumina combines capital program terminology and decision context with live project, financial, contract and asset data from Masterworks, Primus and other connected systems, so its outputs reflect how projects, funding, contracts and documents relate to one another.
Aurigo describes copilots that answer questions about program data with reasoning and source citations, and specialized agents that monitor project signals, flag cost, schedule and delivery risks, and automate routine tasks and approval routing. For Masterworks, the company says its AI evaluates funding scenarios, identifies eligible funding opportunities and predicts cost and schedule risks. An Agent Builder lets agencies set up custom agents for their own approvals and workflows.
Aurigo says Lumina works within governed workflows with a person involved at each step, and that predictions, recommendations and actions are backed by citations and an audit trail.
