Trimble ProjectSight

trimble.com · part of Trimble

Web and mobile project management software for drawings, RFIs, submittals, specifications, punch lists, photos and 360-degree site capture, with ERP integrations and a free tier.

Overview

ProjectSight is Trimble's cloud-based construction project management software, with a web application and a mobile app for iOS and Android. Trimble positions it as a replacement for paper-based processes that connects office and field teams around shared drawings, documents and project records.

Core tools cover drawings, RFIs, submittals, specifications, punch lists and photos, with daily reports on paid plans. Photos can be attached to daily reports, issues, drawings or RFIs. An Enterprise add-on called 360 Capture maps 360-degree walkthrough video onto architectural drawings for progress tracking and links that footage to RFIs and issues. Other Enterprise add-ons include BIM collaboration, budget and change order management, and MEP workflows.

Trimble says ProjectSight connects with ERP and other systems. Enterprise plans can include integrations with Viewpoint Vista and Spectrum, which the company notes require configuration or an add-on.

Who it's for

Trimble pitches ProjectSight's plans at three groups: small teams getting started with project management, growing contractors running multiple active jobs, and larger organizations that need volume purchasing, unlimited storage and add-ons. The Enterprise tier lists MEP workflows and integrations with Trimble's Vista and Spectrum accounting software. Pricing on the main product page is labeled for the US and Canada, and Trimble runs a separate ProjectSight page for Europe.

The AI angle

Trimble describes several AI features in ProjectSight. According to the product page, drawing upload uses AI to speed up getting plan sets into the system, and this AI-powered drawings feature is listed as included on every plan, including Free.

The 360 Capture add-on uses what Trimble calls native AI reality capture to map 360-degree walkthrough video onto architectural drawings, so teams can track progress and link visual records to RFIs and issues. Trimble's plan comparison also lists an AI Assistant on the Go and Enterprise plans, though the product page doesn't describe what the assistant does. The company also mentions AI-powered contract review as one use of its ERP and other integrations.

This page summarises what Trimble ProjectSight says about its own product on its website, checked in October 2026. It is not a review, and listings are editorial: no company pays to appear. Spotted something out of date? Email newsroom@constructionindustry.ai.
