Construction operating software spanning bids and contracts, scheduling, daily logs, RFIs, submittals and punch lists, plus invoicing, lien waivers, change orders and job costing.
Overview
Sledge is construction operating software that covers a contractor's work from bid to final payment. The company groups its product into four areas: winning work (leads, estimates, proposals and contracts), running work (scheduling, crews, field management and documents), managing money (job costing, bills, invoices and change orders) and staying ahead (dashboards, reports, compliance and AI insights).
Feature pages cover bids and proposals, letters of intent, master service agreements, client, subcontractor and vendor contracts, work orders, certificates of insurance, daily logs, RFIs, submittals, drawings, punch lists and closeout. On the financial side, Sledge lists accounting, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, lien waivers, pay packages, purchase orders, change orders, preliminary notices, cost codes, billing cycles and online payments.
The site names integrations with QuickBooks, Outlook, Gmail and Stripe.

The AI angle
Sledge presents itself as construction AI software, and its dashboard includes an assistant labeled Sledge Construction AI. The company's product demos show the assistant detecting risks such as weather delays and jobs trending late or over budget, automatically shifting schedules, and suggesting next steps. The homepage says change orders, lien waivers, schedules and payments flow into Sledge, which then drafts the next step.
For accounts payable, Sledge says bills can arrive by email, upload or scan, and that its AI extracts vendors, totals and line items. Users then review the details, assign cost codes and route bills for approval before paying them within Sledge, with project budgets updated as bills are approved. The pricing plans are metered by the number of document pages processed each month.
