Togal.AI
togal.ai
Cloud takeoff software that measures and compares quantities on construction drawings, with trade-specific workflows for estimators.
Overview
Togal.AI is cloud-based takeoff software that detects, measures and counts quantities on construction drawings. Users upload a plan set, and the software names and organizes the sheets, then runs takeoffs that would otherwise involve repetitive clicking and counting.
Beyond measurement, the product compares drawing sets to quantify changes between versions, and it offers a search tool that finds and counts matching images, text or patterns across a plan set. A built-in chat assistant answers typed questions about the plans.
Takeoffs live in the cloud, so several team members can work on the same takeoff at once and share plans with people outside their account. Quantities can be exported to Excel or to a firm's own estimating software.

The AI angle
Togal says its AI detects, measures, counts, compares and labels features on construction drawings. The company's main automated tool, which it calls the Togal Button, runs a takeoff automatically on uploaded plans. Togal also says its AI names and organizes plan sets on upload, including large sets with hundreds of sheets.
According to Togal, its AI search lets a user draw a box around an image, text or pattern and then finds and counts matching instances across the whole plan set. The company also describes a comparison feature that quantifies changes between drawing sets.
Togal.CHAT is the company's conversational assistant. Togal says users can type questions about their plans, check quantities, catch errors and get help drafting RFPs.
This page summarises what Togal.AI says about its own product on its website, checked in October 2026. It is not a review, and listings are editorial: no company pays to appear. Spotted something out of date? Email newsroom@constructionindustry.ai.
