STACK

stackct.com

Cloud construction platform covering plan management, takeoff and estimating, plus field tools such as daily reports and punch lists.

Overview

STACK is a cloud construction platform organized around four stages: Evaluate, Takeoff, Estimate and Build. The Evaluate stage centralizes drawings and specs with automatic plan organization and plan search. Takeoff provides digital measurement, trade-specific tools and version comparison.

The Estimate module covers integrated estimating with custom items and assemblies, an Excel add-in called STACK for Excel that STACK says it built with Velixo, and connectors to ERP systems. The Build module is a field app for iOS, Android and Windows with plan viewing and markup, daily reports, configurable workflows, and punch lists and issues.

STACK also offers STACK IQ, which links the platform to outside AI assistants through an MCP connector. The company says unlimited viewer seats are available for collaboration, and it has an API for developers and a partner network.

Pricing

Starting price listed

STACK lists starting prices of 'as low as' $299 per user per month for Takeoff & Estimate, $49 per user per month for Build & Operate, and $348 per user per month for the Full STACK Platform, which has a build-your-price option. The pricing page FAQ says a free version of Takeoff & Estimate is offered, and Build & Operate has a two-week free trial.

The AI angle

STACK says its AI reads every sheet in a plan set, names pages automatically and flags revisions when new drawings are uploaded. During takeoff, the company says the AI counts symbols automatically and suggests scope an estimator might miss. During estimating, it says the AI checks pricing as estimators work and flags risks, gaps and pricing drift before a bid goes out.

STACK IQ, which STACK announced on September 1, 2026, connects STACK to general AI assistants through an MCP connector. ChatGPT and Claude are supported at launch, and STACK says Gemini support will follow. The company says users can modify takeoffs, check estimates, analyze project data and connect tools such as Excel, Outlook and Monday.com using plain-language prompts.

Examples STACK gives include building a takeoff library from a spreadsheet, auditing an estimate for missing items and setting up a project from an email. STACK says STACK IQ is included in all paid subscriptions at no extra charge.

This page summarises what STACK says about its own product on its website, checked in October 2026. It is not a review, and listings are editorial: no company pays to appear. Spotted something out of date? Email newsroom@constructionindustry.ai.
