It sells three products. Newforma Konekt is cloud-hosted and covers communication management, file management, document control, construction administration, contract change management, BIM coordination with a 2D/3D viewer, and analytics. Newforma Project Center is the server-based, on-premises product. Newforma Constructex is cloud-hosted and aimed at general contractors, with RFI, submittal, document control and field management tools.

The AI angle
Newforma introduced Vojo, a conversational AI assistant, at its Newforma World event in May 2026. The company describes Vojo as in active development and coming soon. It says Vojo will answer plain-language questions such as finding a submittal, summarizing an RFI thread or listing open action items, drawing on Newforma's project information index, and that it is meant to eventually carry out tasks as well.
Newforma says Smart Email Filing uses AI to analyze project email and suggest where to file it in the project record, including whether a message should become an RFI, submittal or action item, with users confirming suggestions. It also describes Smart Search, under development, which it says interprets the intent of a query to surface documents, emails, submittals and RFIs.
According to the company, its AI features run on an agentic framework built on AWS. Newforma's roadmap lists specialized agents for submittals, RFIs and BIM coordination, MCP servers to let outside AI tools connect to its project data, and support for firms using their own preferred language model. Newforma notes these statements are forward-looking.
