Primepoint
primepoint.ai
Construction intelligence platform that reads drawings, specs and schedules together to prepare constructability checks, submittal and RFI reviews, and revision comparisons for contractor teams.
Overview
Primepoint is construction intelligence software for contractors that reads drawings, specifications and schedules as one connected set of documents. The company says it covers work from preconstruction through closeout and prepares document-heavy reviews that project teams usually do by hand.
Its modules include Connected Documents, which links tags to schedule and spec entries; Constructability Review for drawing and spec conflicts; Submittal Review for first-pass checks; an RFI Assistant; Ask Marvin for plain-English questions; Revision Narrative for tracking changes across bulletins and ASIs; Auto Overlay for comparing disciplines; and a Schedule Assistant that links schedule activities to drawings and specs.
Primepoint names integrations with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore, which it says pull in drawings, specs and submittals and push reviews back without manual uploads.

The AI angle
Primepoint says its AI uses vision-based models to interpret construction documents, including construction-specific symbols and notation, rather than reading text alone. According to the company, it builds a project-specific knowledge graph that links tags, callouts and references to the related schedules, specifications and drawings, and updates as documents change.
The company says its Ask Marvin interface answers plain-English questions with each response traced to the exact drawing detail or specification section. Constructability Review, it says, flags clashes, missing information and design gaps, while Submittal Review checks product data submittals against the specs for a first pass.
Primepoint also describes AI in its RFI Assistant, which checks incoming RFIs against contract documents and helps draft them, and in Revision Narrative, which it says generates overlays and a written summary of changes for each sheet and detail.
