ServiceTitan is field service and contractor management software for residential and commercial trades. In its residential product, a customer call flows into scheduling and dispatch, the technician works the job in a mobile app with customer and equipment history, and the completed work moves into invoicing, accounting, inventory and reporting.
Core modules include call booking, scheduling and capacity planning, dispatch, a field mobile app with pricebook-based estimates and on-site payments, good-better-best proposals, invoicing and payments, inventory and purchase orders, GPS and time tracking, reporting dashboards and customer communication tools such as two-way texting and a customer portal. Commercial and construction modules add service agreements, project management, job costing and progress billing.
ServiceTitan also sells add-on Pro products, including Marketing Pro, Contact Center Pro, Pricebook Pro, Fleet Pro, Scheduling Pro, Dispatch Pro, Field Pro and an AI Virtual Agent. The AI angle
ServiceTitan describes itself as AI software for the trades and groups its AI work under the name Titan Intelligence. Its assistant, Atlas, gives users a chat interface to data already in ServiceTitan. The company says technicians can use it to look up customer and equipment history and, with Field Pro, to pull information from equipment manuals and spec sheets and get help with diagnostics; office features such as campaign recommendations and invoice review are listed as coming soon.
The AI Virtual Agent, according to ServiceTitan, answers inbound calls and texts, books new jobs using job type, location, technician skills and availability, confirms or reschedules appointments, and hands off to a live CSR when needed. The company says each call produces an AI-written transcript, summary and classification.
Other Titan Intelligence features ServiceTitan lists include a job value predictor used by Dispatch Pro to set up the dispatch board, flags for unbooked calls worth a callback, pricebook price comparisons against regional averages, generated invoice summaries and collection emails, drafted review responses, and risky-driver alerts in Fleet Pro.
