XBuild
x.build
Estimating and sales platform for roofing and exterior contractors covering job documentation, proposals, insurance estimates, e-signatures, deposits and sales tracking.
Overview
XBuild is an estimating and sales platform for contractors, available as a web app and on iOS and Android. Its workflow runs from capturing a job on site, with photos, video, notes and a measurement report, to building a proposal with scope and pricing, and then closing the sale through one link where the customer reviews, signs and pays a deposit.
Proposals can include branded good-better-best options, and a separate insurance estimating workflow combines photos and a measurement report into an estimate intended for adjuster review. A sales dashboard tracks proposals and rep performance, job tracking follows work from signature to completion, and business tracking covers payments and profitability; the company lists a full CRM as coming soon.
XBuild accepts measurement reports from Hover, EagleView, QuickMeasure and Roofr as well as PDF or image drawings. It names integrations with AccuLynx, JobNimbus, Jobber, CompanyCam, ABC Supply, QXO, QuickBooks, Housecall Pro and Workiz, and uses Stripe for deposits.

Pricing
Published pricing
XBuild's pricing page lists Standard at $80/month (3 member seats, 200 tokens a month), Pro at $150/month (8 seats, 500 tokens) and Elite at $300/month (20 seats, 1,200 tokens), with Enterprise priced on request. Tokens are used by AI actions; the page says yearly plans save 20% and that annual-plan tokens don't expire monthly. The site invites users to try XBuild free, without stating a trial length.

The AI angle
XBuild describes itself as an AI estimating platform. According to the company, its AI writes a job scope from site photos and a measurement report and prices it using supplier costs, and generates proposals that follow a company's own guidelines and labor rates. It also says the AI turns inspection photos, videos and notes into a report for the client and labels photos automatically.
For insurance work, XBuild says its estimates use Xactimate pricing and add relevant local building code references beneath line items. The company meters AI usage in tokens included with each plan, and says manual edits to proposals don't consume tokens.
