JobTread is construction estimating and project management software made by JobTread Software, LLC of Dallas, Texas. It brings sales, field work, job finances and customer communication into one system, with a mobile app for crews in the field.

JobTread's pricing page lists a base price of $199 per month, which includes one internal user. Additional internal users on the monthly plan cost $20 each per month for users 2–10, $15 for 11–20, $10 for 21–30 and $5 for 31 and up; annual-plan rates are $16, $12, $8 and $4 per user per month, billed annually, and the page says an annual subscription saves 20%. Customer, vendor and subcontractor portal users are free, the company says it doesn't offer a free trial, and monthly subscriptions carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The AI angle
JobTread markets a set of built-in tools under the name JobTread AI. The company says AI Estimating drafts detailed budgets, an AI Formula Builder writes a calculation formula from a plain-language description, and an AI Form Builder helps create forms for collecting information from customers, vendors and staff. An AI Report Builder is described as producing a custom report from a description of the insight a user wants.
On the documents side, JobTread says its AI Plan Import and Count tools name, number and scale plan sheets and count repeated items on them. AI Receipt Scanning pulls key details from a photo of a receipt, AI Autofill for the Web Clipper captures product details, images and specs from supplier websites into cost items and selections, and AI Daily Log Summaries condense several daily logs into one progress summary.
The company also lists an AI Writing Assistant for drafting and revising project communications, an AI Support Assistant for help questions, and an AI Connector that, according to JobTread, lets customers link their own AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to JobTread through an MCP server.
