Building systems design software that automates electrical routing and coordinated 3D modeling in Revit for VDC and modeling teams; mechanical and plumbing are listed as coming soon.

Overview

Augmenta makes building systems design software, beginning with electrical. Its Augmenta Construction Platform (ACP) is a cloud tool for electrical raceway design that routes conduit for feeders and branches, including overhead, underground and in-slab runs, and produces coordinated 3D models.

Teams import a background 3D model and conduit run schedules from Revit, set project rules such as spacing, clearances, support methods, preferred pathways and keep-out zones, and generate routes. Results are checked for clashes against duct, pipe and structure, can be edited and re-routed, and are exported back to Revit as native elements.

Augmenta says the tool works in a browser without a Revit license and with existing Revit families, and its FAQ names Evolve, Excel and SysQue. Mechanical and plumbing products are listed as coming soon.

Main capabilities

  • Automated electrical conduit routing
  • Rule-based routing with keep-out zones
  • Real-time clash checking against 3D background
  • Multiple design options for value engineering
  • Partial reruns when designs change
  • Native Revit import and export

Who it's for

Augmenta markets ACP to VDC, BIM and preconstruction teams and to electrical contractors, describing it as suited to contractors of any size. Its pages cite warehouses, hospitals, schools and hyperscale data centers as project types.

Pricing

Quote on request

Augmenta doesn't publish prices on its website. It describes company-wide licensing, with one agreement covering unlimited users and projects, and directs buyers to contact the company.

The AI angle

Augmenta describes its technology as spatial AI and says it is working toward a foundation model for construction, starting with electrical design. The company frames building design as a geometry problem rather than a language problem.

In ACP, the company says the AI analyzes the imported Revit model and project rules to find clash-free, supportable pathways, generating routes in the cloud while teams keep working. Augmenta describes the output as largely populated routes that users review, steer, edit and re-route, with color-coded QC tools for checking before export to Revit.

This page summarises what Augmenta says about its own product on its website, checked in October 2026. It is not a review, and listings are editorial: no company pays to appear. Spotted something out of date? Email newsroom@constructionindustry.ai.
