Design-to-construction platform for homebuilders that links home plans to 3D visuals, estimating data and construction documents, plus an estimating product for building material distributors.
Overview
Higharc is a cloud platform for homebuilders that connects home design, sales, estimating and construction documentation around a shared set of plan data. The company says plan changes and buyer selections flow through to lot-specific estimates, construction documents and marketing assets.
Its Enterprise platform is made up of modules: Studio for designing plans, Config for managing plans and options across communities, Showroom for 3D buyer-facing sales tools, Estimate for material takeoffs, Build for construction documents, and Photoreal for rendered visuals. Ready to Build packages pre-designed home plans with estimating and 3D selling.
Separately, Higharc offers AI Estimating for building material suppliers and distributors, which converts 2D plan sets into material takeoffs that estimators review before quoting.

The AI angle
Higharc describes itself as a homebuilding AI platform. On its how-it-works page, the company says the Studio module uses generative design to help draft plans, while Estimate produces automatic takeoffs from the same plan data.
Its AI Estimating product for suppliers takes 2D plan sets as input and produces material takeoffs and quantity estimates. In a company blog post, Higharc says it places a structured 3D model between the drawing and the takeoff: an estimator uploads a plan and confirms details such as scale and plate height, AI helps identify walls, rooms and openings, and the estimator reviews and edits the model. Quantities are then calculated from the model's geometry using configurable estimating logic, according to the company.
