SWAPP
swapp.ai
Platform for architecture firms that automates construction documentation, modeling and QA checks inside Revit and Archicad, trained on each firm's own standards.
Overview
SWAPP, which brands itself SWAPP.AI, is a platform for architecture firms that automates construction documentation, modeling and quality checks inside Autodesk Revit and Graphisoft Archicad. The company says it is configured around each firm's own standards, QA rules and production history, which it captures during onboarding.
Its product areas include Documentation, which produces dimensioned, tagged and sheeted construction document sets; Modeling, which covers 2D-to-3D modeling, finish schedules and parameters from schematic design through construction documents; QA and Validations; and ADA Compliance checking. These are run through an in-model assistant called Frank.
SWAPP describes a Workflow Memory layer in which team corrections are fed back so firm standards are applied on later projects. The site lists integrations with Revit, Archicad, Procore and Trimble, and says preconstruction, construction and operations stages are planned for 2026.
Main capabilities
- Automated construction document sets in Revit and Archicad
- 2D-to-3D modeling and finish schedules
- QA checks against firm standards
- ADA compliance checking with in-model fixes
- Clash and annotation-overlap resolution
- Workflow memory of firm corrections
Who it's for
SWAPP targets architecture firms, with an emphasis on multi-office practices that want consistent standards across teams. Its solutions pages address project architects and designers, BIM and design-technology leaders, operations and practice leaders, and firm principals, and it also lists a section for contractors and owners.

Pricing
Quote on request
SWAPP doesn't list plans or prices on its website. Its pricing page describes a credit-based model in which credits are consumed according to the work run on the platform, with pricing customized on request. The site says engagements begin with a pilot on the customer's own projects.
As listed on SWAPP's website in October 2026. Prices change; check with the company for a current quote.
The AI angle
SWAPP's main AI product is Frank, which the company calls an AI architect. It runs inside Revit and Archicad rather than in a separate chat window, reading and writing the live BIM model. Users trigger it conversationally, and the company says it can also make suggestions as teams work.
According to SWAPP, Frank can model floors from 2D drawings, place dimensions, tags and callouts to firm standards, detect and resolve clashes and overlapping annotations, run QA on the model and sheet set, and flag accessibility issues with proposed fixes. The company says Frank proposes changes and the team approves them, with actions logged and reversible.
SWAPP says corrections made by a team are retained as workflow memory for future projects. On data handling, the company says native BIM files are not sent to third-party LLM providers and customer data is not used to train general models.
This page summarises what SWAPP says about its own product on its website, checked in October 2026. It is not a review, and listings are editorial: no company pays to appear. Spotted something out of date? Email newsroom@constructionindustry.ai.
