Premium costs $24 per seat per month billed annually or $29 per seat per month billed monthly, starting at 500 AI credits per seat per month. Enterprise is custom-priced. The AI angle
Mitti says AI is included in every plan, with monthly AI credit allowances by tier. Its AI Assistant, according to the company, helps create checklists and training content and lets managers and frontline staff ask questions of their captured operational data, find issues that need fixing and spot trends across sites. On the construction page, the company says sites and templates can be set up with AI.
The company describes AI Issue Capture as turning photos or voice notes into issues that can be acted on. It also offers Agents, which it says run routine, repetitive manager tasks in the background, with nothing actioned until a person signs off. A feature called 5 Star Benchmarking is described as giving area managers a view of performance across multiple sites.
Mitti states that its AI is meant to support human decisions rather than replace them. Its pricing page lists agent builder and 5 Star Benchmarking as early-access features.
