Construction safety platform for subcontractor onboarding, orientations, JHAs, permits, pre-task plans, inspections, incidents, daily reports and site access.

Overview

HammerTech is a construction safety and site operations platform organized into three modules. Mobilize handles subcontractor management, orientations and worker information, job hazard analyses (JHAs), safety data sheets (SDS) and safety plans. Coordinate covers pre-task plans, permits, safety meetings, notifications, logistics and equipment compliance. Report covers inspections, site observations, incidents and injuries, daily reports and site access.

Dashboards in its Reporting & Insights layer span projects and sites, and iOS and Android apps let workers complete items such as JHA sign-offs in the field. The company offers two deployment routes: HammerTechGO, an out-of-the-box setup it says can be live in about two weeks, and a tailored rollout with custom training.

HammerTech names Procore as an integration and says this avoids double data entry. Subcontractors use the platform for free through the general contractor's account.

Pricing

Quote on request

HammerTech doesn't list prices on its website; pricing is tailored after a needs assessment and, according to the company, depends on factors including annual construction volume, company size, operational complexity, number of active job sites and support needs. It says it does not charge per user, includes all core modules, and gives subcontractors free access. No free trial is mentioned.

The AI angle

HammerTech's AI features are grouped under HammerTech Intelligence. The company says it fills in safety data sheet records by reading product labels or SDS PDFs, converts pre-task planning conversations into structured tasks and hazards, and recognizes the contents of site observation photos to pre-fill observations. It also says the AI summarizes site diary entries.

A feature HammerTech calls Instant AI Drafts writes summaries and reports inside the workflow for users to review before submitting. The company also says its AI picks out patterns and gaps across safety workflows. HammerTech states that AI outputs are transparent and editable and that the customer's team keeps control of every final action.
