Its features page also lists inventory tracking, a client CRM, online booking, service plans, a price book, equipment tracking, multi-location management and a mobile app for technicians.

The AI angle

Workiz says AI and communication are built in at each step. Its features page lists AI Answering, which answers calls, books or reschedules jobs and answers customer questions; AI Leads Capture, which extracts lead data from emails and other sources; AI Call Insights, which produces summaries and insights from calls; and Smart Messaging, which drafts messages based on a customer's history.

The pricing page groups related tools under "Genius" names. Genius Leads and Genius Scheduling are listed on the Pro and Ultimate plans, while Genius Phone, Genius Answering and Genius Marketing are listed as add-ons. Genius Answering is described as answering calls and messages 24/7 in English, Spanish and French.
