Pricing
Published pricing
Service Fusion lists Starter, Plus and Pro plans with unlimited users. At the time of checking, prices were $208, $325 and $533 per month billed annually (a 15% discount), or $245, $382 and $627 per month without the annual-billing note. The page says plans are month-to-month with no contract and offers a free demo; it does not mention a free trial.

The AI angle
Service Fusion's site names two AI-related products: ServiceCall.ai, a call tracker the company says combines VoIP and artificial intelligence and which its pricing page lists as an add-on for all three plans, and an AI Phone Answering Service listed in its product menu.
The pages we reviewed do not describe what either product does in detail.

- Can I send quotes with options and have customers approve and pay online?
- What are the payment processing fees, and can I use my own processor?
- Does it connect to my accounting software?
