FieldPulse centers its AI messaging on Operator AI, which it calls a 24/7 AI dispatcher. The company says it handles calls that arrive after hours, are declined or come in when the team is overloaded, and books the jobs into FieldPulse with no voicemails or manual entry.
The pricing page also lists Chat AI among premium add-ons without describing it.
