Its features page lists websites, online booking, review management and a sales pipeline dashboard on the growth side; scheduling and dispatch, vehicle GPS, estimates and a mobile app for job management; and payments, invoicing, expense cards and consumer and business financing for getting paid.

At the time of checking, Basic was $59/mo billed annually ($79/mo otherwise), Essentials $149/mo billed annually ($189/mo otherwise) and Max $299/mo billed annually ($329/mo otherwise), with additional users on Max listed at $35/mo. Prices exclude sales tax. The page offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.

The AI angle

Housecall Pro describes an "AI Team" that it says offers custom AI support around the clock. Its pricing page lists AI team members as included in every plan.

The company names a customer service rep AI that it says answers calls and books jobs 24/7, listed on the pricing page as a separate add-on without a price.

The site does not explain in detail how these tools work.
