ALICE Technologies

alicetechnologies.com

Construction planning and scheduling software that works from existing P6 or Microsoft Project schedules and BIM models to compare alternative build sequences against time and cost.

Overview

ALICE is construction planning and scheduling software built around testing many alternative ways to sequence a project. Teams bring in an existing schedule from Oracle Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, or start from a BIM model, and use the software to compare build options against time, cost and resource targets. The company positions it for use both during bidding and while a project is underway.

The product line includes ALICE Plan, which lays a P6 or Microsoft Project schedule over drawings as a 2D view with timelapse playback; ALICE Optimize, which runs targeted or resource optimization on an imported schedule and plots candidate solutions on a time-versus-cost chart; and ALICE Model, which adds construction means-and-methods "recipes" to a BIM model to produce a baseline schedule. The site also lists ALICE FieldPlan and ALICE Analyze.

Alongside scheduling, ALICE offers schedule quality checks linked to DCMA criteria, risk and constraint modeling, and analytics and reporting on utilization and cost breakdowns. Results can be exported as PDF, CSV or comparison reports. The site names Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Cloud as supported schedule sources.

Main capabilities

  • Generative scheduling and construction optioneering
  • Targeted optimization of P6 and Microsoft Project schedules
  • 2D schedule visualization over drawings (ALICE Plan)
  • BIM-based schedule generation (ALICE Model)
  • Schedule Insights Agent for questioning a schedule
  • Schedule quality score based on DCMA checks

Who it's for

ALICE says it serves general contractors, owners and developers, consultants, subcontractors, project controls teams and government agencies. It describes three main project types: industrial work such as energy, data centers, battery and semiconductor fabs, chemical plants, mines and pipelines; infrastructure such as rail, metros, highways, bridges and tunnels; and commercial buildings including high-rises, healthcare, education and mixed-use projects.

  • Owners & developers
  • General contractors
  • Subcontractors
  • Infrastructure & civil

Pricing

Quote on request

ALICE doesn't list prices on its website; its pricing page says buyers receive a customized quote from the sales team. The page says a purchase includes unlimited users, unlimited data, technical support, training workshops and implementation support.

The AI angle

ALICE describes its core engine as AI that runs what-if scenarios across a very large number of possible build sequences rather than producing one plan. According to the company, users import a P6 or Microsoft Project schedule (or a BIM model in ALICE Model), set optimization objectives or presets for priorities such as duration, cost or resource use, and model constraints and risks. The software then returns alternative schedules plotted by time and cost, with a Gantt overlay comparing an option against the baseline.

The company also offers a Schedule Insights Agent, a chat tool that it says lets planners ask questions about an ALICE, P6 or Microsoft Project schedule. ALICE says the agent reports metrics such as duration, crew cost breakdowns and milestone changes, identifies critical tasks and risks to milestones, suggests ways to adjust sequencing or crew deployment, and can produce a report comparing two schedule versions, citing sources for its answers.

This page summarises what ALICE Technologies says about its own product on its website, checked in October 2026. It is not a review, and listings are editorial: no company pays to appear. Spotted something out of date? Email newsroom@constructionindustry.ai.
