BRKZ

brkz.com

Saudi building-materials procurement platform that connects contractors with local and international material suppliers, bundling sourcing, delivery logistics and payment terms.

Overview

BRKZ is an online business-to-business marketplace for building materials in Saudi Arabia. Buyers raise a request for quotation for the materials they need, receive a quotation and accept it, after which BRKZ processes the order and arranges delivery to the buyer's store or project.

The company says RFQs can be raised through WhatsApp, its web app or its mobile apps. Its catalog is organized into categories including cement and ready-mix concrete, aggregate and sand, steel, blocks and wood. Buyers can pay by bank transfer, Mada POS or cash, and BRKZ offers buy-now-pay-later credit with installment options.

On the supply side, BRKZ says suppliers reach its buyer base through the platform, set prices that can vary by size, location and delivery option, and rely on BRKZ to handle sales and operations.

Pricing

Free

BRKZ says buyers can join for free. Material prices are quoted per request for quotation rather than listed as subscription plans, and the site promotes buy-now-pay-later options including paying in two (50% upfront, 50% after 30 days), three installments within 60 days, or four installments, subject to a credit application.

As listed on BRKZ's website in October 2026. Prices change; check with the company for a current quote.

The AI angle

BRKZ's website focuses on ordering, delivery and payment, but the company described its AI in its September 2026 funding announcement. It said a proprietary dataset of building-material products, prices and supplier profiles supports an AI pricing engine, trained on past requests for quotation, that predicts buy and sell prices and recommends suppliers for each order, with procurement teams keeping final oversight.

The same announcement described AI agents in BRKZ's operations. According to the company, a delivery agent called Nusa reads photos of delivery notes that transporters send over WhatsApp, matches them to orders, checks quantities and closes completed bulk-cement deliveries, with staff handling exceptions. BRKZ also said its payment-term decisions are AI-assisted, drawing on its history of customer payment behavior, with final approval resting with its finance team.
