The AI angle
ProcurePro's main AI product is BidLevel, which the company says reads supplier quotes in PDF or Excel, builds a line-item breakdown, and extracts prices, inclusions and exclusions for each bidder. Users can supply their own scope, bill of quantities or budget as the comparison structure, then review and adjust quantities, units and rates before comparing vendors side by side and exporting to Excel. The company says each extracted value links back to the source document and that human review of risk, scope and value is still needed.
The company also describes AI Pulse, a procurement assistant that monitors tasks, approvals and activity to produce a prioritized list of alerts and flag risks such as weak tender coverage on a package or a vendor whose compliance is about to lapse. A plain-language search across projects, vendors, quotes and files is marked as coming soon. ProcurePro also lists an AI Pricing Library and AI Estimating Handover, which its site describes only briefly.
