usekojo.com

Materials management platform for MEP trade contractors covering field ordering, purchase orders, warehouse inventory, tool tracking, prefab workflows and accounts payable, with ERP integrations.

Overview

Kojo is cloud software for trade contractors that handles how materials are planned, bought, tracked, received and paid for. The company positions it as a shared system for field crews, purchasing, warehouse, prefab and accounting staff, who it says often work in separate tools.

Field teams use a mobile app with a digital catalog to request materials, check order status and ask for tools. Requests flow into purchase orders sent to vendors. Other modules cover warehouse stock visibility, tool check-in and check-out with maintenance tracking and job costing, a prefab workflow from requisition through production to delivery, and accounts payable processing that matches invoices to POs and delivery slips.

Kojo lists integrations with accounting, ERP and project systems including Acumatica, Autodesk, CMiC, Deltek ComputerEase, FOUNDATION, Procore, QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Sage 100, Sage 300 CRE, Sage Intacct, Spectrum and Vista, and it has a supplier-facing area of the product.

Pricing

Quote on request

Kojo doesn't publish prices on its website; its Warehouse, Procurement and Finance modules each carry a 'Get a quote' button. The pricing page says custom pricing includes unlimited users and data, tailored onboarding and ongoing support.

As listed on Kojo's website in October 2026. Prices change; check with the company for a current quote.

The AI angle

Kojo says its AI scanning pulls line items from uploaded quotes, order acknowledgements and invoices, including trade shorthand. On the request side, the company describes Quick Lists, which turn a text, voice memo or photo of a crew's list into a formal material request, and a clarification agent that matches those items to the catalog and asks follow-up questions when it is unsure.

For sourcing and buying, Kojo describes an internal sourcing agent that shows which vendors carry an item and at what price, quote and order-acknowledgement scanning, and a drafting agent that prepares a draft RFQ or PO from a quote, spreadsheet, PDF or photo for the team to review. It also lists a spec agent that answers questions from electrical, mechanical and plumbing spec books and a document comparison agent that highlights changes when a spec is revised.

At receiving, the company says a delivery agent reads a packing-slip photo and drafts a delivery receipt, and invoice scanning matches invoices to the PO and delivery and flags discrepancies. Kojo states that staff review and approve before anything is ordered or paid.

This page summarises what Kojo says about its own product on its website, checked in October 2026. It is not a review, and listings are editorial: no company pays to appear. Spotted something out of date? Email newsroom@constructionindustry.ai.
