eagleview.com
Aerial imagery, property data and 3D measurement reports for roofs and exterior walls, with software and APIs for roofing, siding, solar, insurance and other property-related work.
Overview
Eagleview provides aerial imagery, property data, 3D measurement reports and software. Its site groups the offering into imagery, data and insights, 3D models and measurements (residential and commercial reports), software such as Eagleview One, Eagleview Cloud and MyEagleview, and integrations and developer APIs.
On its claims-focused measurement page, Eagleview describes three report types. The Roof Report includes a 3D roof model, photos from five angles, facet lengths, pitch values, facet labels and an area breakdown. The Walls, Windows & Doors Report covers a 3D wall model split into siding and masonry, photos, window and door diagrams and elevations. The Full House Report combines the roof and wall reports into one document. The page says reports can be ordered and used inside estimating software such as Xactimate and Symbility.
The site also lists industry-specific tools including Bid Perfect, Sketch Inspect, SolarReady and TrueDesign, and names roofing and siding, solar, insurance, government, utilities and architecture, engineering and construction among the industries it serves.

The AI angle
Eagleview's home page lists Eagleview AI among its data and insights products and introduces Eagleview Horizon, which it calls an agentic AI engine built on its imagery and property intelligence. The company says Horizon combines imagery, property intelligence, weather and third-party data into a single AI-powered workspace.
On the Horizon page, Eagleview says users can ask questions in plain language, rank properties, and export results or trigger workflows, with typical uses in roof restoration and home improvement and in insurance claims and catastrophe response. The page marks Horizon as coming soon and currently optimized for residential single-family properties, and says users can see the evidence and reasoning behind answers. The measurement-reports page itself makes no AI claims.

Questions worth putting to EagleView, or any aerial measurement & roof reports vendor, on a demo call:
- What does a report include: area, pitch, edges, waste factors, material lists?
- How is it priced: per report, per subscription or by credits?
- How quickly are reports delivered, and what happens if imagery is out of date or the structure is obscured?
