Add-ons such as Service Pro and equipment tracking are priced separately. The page says Core and Advanced include a free trial, and the homepage says 'Try it free for 14 days.'

The AI angle

Knowify says Knowify AI is a layer built into the product to help trade contractors understand margins, spot profit leaks and prioritize work. It includes the Knowify Assistant, labeled beta, which the company describes as a chat agent that analyzes jobs and can carry out tasks in Knowify.

The company also describes an AI Connector that links Knowify to outside tools; its page names Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any MCP-compatible LLM.
