Siteline

siteline.com

Billing and receivables software for commercial subcontractors that prepares and submits pay applications, manages lien waivers and compliance documents, and tracks collections and forecasts.

Overview

Siteline is billing and accounts receivable software for commercial subcontractors. It prepares pay applications in each general contractor's required format, collects digital signatures, and submits them. Around that core it adds lien waiver management, lien rights and notice tracking, compliance document tracking, change order logs, collections management, A/R reporting and billing and cash flow forecasting.

The company describes a workflow in which project managers enter billing values and accounting teams manage pay apps, waivers and compliance in the same system, so missing documents can be caught before a pay app goes out. A vendor management module collects lien waivers and documents such as insurance certificates from lower-tier vendors, who can sign and upload without creating an account.

Siteline's integrations page lists accounting and ERP systems including Sage 300 CRE, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage Intacct, Viewpoint Vista, Viewpoint Spectrum, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Enterprise Contractor, Foundation, Acumatica, Oracle NetSuite, CMiC and Deltek ComputerEase, plus Oracle Textura and Procore Pay. Some entries are marked as coming soon.

Pricing

Quote on request

Siteline's pricing page doesn't list prices. It offers two packages, Siteline Suite and Siteline Vendor Management, plus a Lien Rights Management add-on, and says pricing is set according to product usage, billing volume and integration needs. Every package includes unlimited users and offices with no per-seat or location fees; quotes are requested through a demo form.

As listed on Siteline's website in October 2026. Prices change; check with the company for a current quote.

The AI angle

Siteline's pricing page lists AI vendor waiver validation as a feature in both its packages; the company says it checks vendor waivers for incorrect forms, amounts or dates. The product and integrations pages we reviewed describe automated reminders, follow-ups and payment-date predictions but do not label them as AI.

This page summarises what Siteline says about its own product on its website, checked in October 2026. It is not a review, and listings are editorial: no company pays to appear. Spotted something out of date? Email newsroom@constructionindustry.ai.
