OpenSpace
openspace.ai
Visual documentation platform that captures jobsites with 360-degree cameras, drones and phones, and adds progress tracking, field issue tracking and BIM coordination.
Overview
OpenSpace calls its product a visual intelligence platform for the built environment. It turns photos, video, 360-degree walks and drone flights from a jobsite into a time-stamped visual record that teams use to check work, follow progress and spot problems.
The platform is organized into three areas. Capture covers 360-degree camera walks, smartphone photos, drone imagery processed through OpenSpace Air, imported laser-scan point clouds and LiDAR phone scans. Coordinate covers field notes, issue tracking, plan and model comparison, and BIM coordination. Act covers progress tracking through the OpenSpace Track add-on, schedule risk, and AI agents and APIs.
OpenSpace lists integrations with Procore, Autodesk and Revizto. Its Enterprise subscription includes APIs for usage data, images and field notes, which the company says can feed asset management, GIS and analytics systems and tools such as CMiC and Aconex. OpenSpace also offers walk and drone pilot services for teams that don't want to capture themselves.

Pricing
Quote on request
OpenSpace doesn't list prices on its pricing page. It offers Core and Enterprise plans, with OpenSpace Track as an add-on, and says pricing is based on annual construction volume rather than per user or per project; multi-year subscriptions are available. The page mentions a pilot of Core but doesn't say whether it is free.
As listed on OpenSpace's website in October 2026. Prices change; check with the company for a current quote.
The AI angle
OpenSpace says its mobile app uses AI to time-stamp smartphone photos and place them at the right location on the plan. For 360-degree camera walks, the company says the platform time-stamps and maps each image to the project plans, producing a navigable record of site conditions.
The company describes OpenSpace Track as providing AI-powered, human-verified views of progress across a portfolio, drawn from captured jobsite imagery. OpenSpace also says the visual record helps teams surface schedule risk earlier so they can respond before delays grow.
OpenSpace describes a chat feature that answers questions about project data and AI agents that run in the background to surface insights and reports. According to the company, the AI agents are in early access and not yet generally available.
