Analysis UpCodes Ran Its AI Over 1,300 Plan Sets. The Most Common Critical Finding Was a Missing Exit Sign. Four months after launching AI Plan Review, UpCodes has published what it found: 180,000+ potential issues across 1,300+ plan sets in 73 jurisdictions, an average of 21 critical issues per set, and 46% of those critical issues in life-safety systems.
